This is were i talk about us, and shit.
The Known History of the Band Formerly and Currently Known as Steamroller
Steamroller was forged in the blazing furnace of friendship in the winter days of 2001. We were originally a three piece lame coverband, testing our ability on songs other people wrote. It was gay. Jim, on rhythm guitar just wanted to have a band, as something to do on the weekends when he didnt do anything. Daniel, on drums, thought that was cool, seeing as how he kicked ass. Simon didnt play anything, so he learned bass and signed up, cause he had nothing better to do. We dicked around for a while before we decided that our band needed a little something extra, so we forced Jacob to join our band with nothing less than physical threats. So he became the long lost fourth member. And it was good. Jake rocked harder than just about every one in the band, except Daniel, who rocked too. With the innauguration of Jacob, we began to write our own stuff. Boy was it killer. Sadly we didnt have any lyrics. But who gave a fuck? We rocked!!! Anyways, now that we had our own material we decided we needed a show. So we got our good friend Laurel to book us a show...at her halloween party. BOO! We went and opened for a band that sucked balls. In fact they sucked balls so hard, that the cops showed up. No joke. So, not wanting to sully our reputation with the good officers of the law, we fled the scene, pretended to be drunk, tripped over some trashcans, did some ninja rolls across some peoples lawns, and got bitten by a parrot named Icky. That fucking parrot. pretty much thats been the highlight of our illustrious carrers in the music industry, except that time we got paid 10 dollars for playing at a birthday party, and so did our friend Igor, who pretty much just yelled at people into a microphone all night. Pretty much the status of the band is that we rock, but dont have any lyrics for our rocking songs.
